A group of integrated building-materials companies.
Insha'a Holding was established in October 2005 to build and operate a focused group of building-materials companies. We invest in our companies for the long term — raising quality, safety, and output, year after year, across the materials that build nations.
Insha'a is part of the KIPCO Group. Kuwait Projects Company (KIPCO) is one of the region's largest diversified holding companies, with interests spanning financial services, media, real estate, and industry across the Middle East and North Africa.
We operate in accordance with the principles of Islamic Sharia.

Boubyan Ready-Mix Co.
Serving Kuwait's construction industry since 2005, Boubyan Ready-Mix operates one of the region's most advanced batching plants — producing roughly a third of a million cubic metres of concrete every year.
The plant runs at 200 m³/hr of wet-mix concrete, supported by 37 mixer trucks, six pumps and around 100 highly trained employees. Quality is measured against pre-defined benchmarks on every job: the company is ISO 9001 certified, a member of the ACI Kuwait chapter, holds Ministry of Public Works plant certification, and meets or exceeds ASTM and ACI standards.

Sandco has specialised in the extraction and treatment of natural sand since 1997 — supplying every grade the market needs, from washed and sieved sand to silica, gatch and agricultural soil.
The company operates advanced treatment plants using hydro-cyclone sand-washing technology, an on-site laboratory run by experienced engineers, and a large delivery fleet able to meet any schedule. Products meet the standards approved by the Ministry of Public Works.

EPO Gulf Specialities has manufactured high-performance construction chemicals in Kuwait since 2010 — formulated for the GCC climate and trusted by contractors, developers and consultants across the region.
The Amghara factory pairs state-of-the-art production with an in-house R&D and quality-control lab, formulating to ASTM, EN and BS norms with a growing focus on sustainable, low-VOC products. Approved by Kuwait Municipality, the Ministry of Public Works, PAHW, KOC and KNPC, with third-party certification from SGS, TÜV and Intertek.
